In March of 2020, students were shut out of schools, and were not scheduled to return until the middle of August. With the adjustments that had to be made over the course of the 8 months we were out of school, students are now being approached with a choice: in person, or virtual. Early 2020, the world was sent into lockdown. Stores and schools closed, and some may never re-open. However, while we were all stuck inside, we had our family and our phones to distract us. Harrison High School, as well as all other Cobb County high schools, went back to in person learning this week. On Thursday, the 5th of November, the school reopened and welcomed students back into its halls. This week, I asked two sophomores questions about their nerves and hopes about going back to in person learning. Then, I questioned them again after they'd actually experienced it.
